1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the platform PlayTVi ("Platform"), you ("User") fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use our services.

Use of the Platform implies automatic acceptance of these Terms, of our Privacy Policy and of any additional policies published on the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • PlayTVi: Indoor media and digital signage management platform, developed and operated by PlayTVi Tecnologia.
  • User: Individual or legal entity that registers for and uses the Platform.
  • Point / Screen: Display device (TV, monitor, TV Box) registered and managed through the Platform.
  • Content: Any media (image, video, text, web page) displayed through the Platform.
  • Dashboard: Web administrative interface accessible to the User to manage their Points and Content.
  • Play Design: Design editor integrated into the Platform for creating visual content.

3. Description of the Services

PlayTVi offers a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for managing digital screens, which includes:

  • Administrative dashboard for managing screens, content and layouts;
  • Android and Windows application for playing content on devices;
  • Integrated automatic content (news, weather, lotteries, exchange rates, sports, among others);
  • Design editor (Play Design) for creating visual content;
  • Playback reports and statistics;
  • Smart content scheduling by date, time and groups.

4. Registration and Account

4.1. Requirements

To use the Platform, the User must:

  • Be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or be the legal representative of a company;
  • Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at registration;
  • Keep their access credentials (username and password) confidential.

4.2. Responsibility for the Account

The User is fully responsible for all activities carried out in their account, including actions by authorized third parties. In case of unauthorized use, the User must notify PlayTVi immediately through the support channels.

4.3. Registration Data

The User undertakes to keep their registration data always up to date, especially contact and billing information.

5. Plans and Payment

5.1. Trial Period

PlayTVi offers a free trial period of 7 (seven) days, with no credit card required. After the trial period, the User must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the services.

5.2. Available Plans

The plans, prices and conditions are detailed on the Plans and Pricing page and may be changed at any time, with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice to active Users.

5.3. Billing

  • Payments are made monthly, per registered screen;
  • Failure to pay for more than 5 (five) days after the due date may result in temporary suspension of the service;
  • After 30 (thirty) days of non-payment, the account may be frozen and the content removed.

5.4. Price Adjustments

Prices may be adjusted annually based on the IGPM/FGV index or an equivalent index, with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. It is expressly prohibited to:

  • Use the Platform to display content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or that violates the rights of third parties;
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse engineer it or exploit vulnerabilities;
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties;
  • Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam or malicious content;
  • Intentionally overload the Platform's servers or infrastructure;
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written authorization.

PlayTVi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, design, brand, logo, texts and functionalities, belong exclusively to PlayTVi Tecnologia.

The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Platform for the duration of their subscription.

8. User Content

8.1. Ownership

The User retains all rights to the content they upload to the Platform (images, videos, graphics). PlayTVi does not claim ownership of such content.

8.2. License of Use

By uploading content to the Platform, the User grants PlayTVi a limited license to store, process and transmit such content exclusively for the provision of the contracted services.

8.3. Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and quality of the content displayed on their screens, including respect for the copyrights and image rights of third parties.

9. Availability and SLA

PlayTVi uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available 99.9% of the time (SLA). However, interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced 24 hours in advance);
  • Emergency security updates;
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, third-party failures, cyberattacks).

PlayTVi is not responsible for interruptions caused by the User's internet connection, failures of the display device or unavailability of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • PlayTVi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
  • PlayTVi's total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 (twelve) months;
  • PlayTVi does not guarantee that automatic content (news, exchange rates, lotteries, etc.) supplied by third-party sources is always correct or up to date.

11. Cancellation and Termination

11.1. By the User

The User may cancel their subscription at any time through the administrative Dashboard or by contacting our support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11.2. By PlayTVi

PlayTVi may cancel or suspend the User's account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use;
  • Non-payment for a period longer than 30 (thirty) days;
  • Use of the Platform for illegal activities;
  • Judicial or administrative order.

11.3. After Cancellation

After cancellation, the User's content will be kept for 30 (thirty) days. After that period, all data may be permanently deleted. We recommend that the User back up their content before cancelling.

12. Changes to the Terms

PlayTVi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by:

  • Notice in the administrative Dashboard;
  • Email to the registered address;
  • Publication on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the Platform after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

  • Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
  • Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990);
  • Brazilian Internet Civil Framework - Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014);
  • General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

The courts of the District of Betim, State of Minas Gerais, are chosen as the forum to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
