Connect the TV box

Connect the Android TV box to the TV via HDMI and plug it into power.

Download the APK

On the TV box, go to playtvi.com.br/apk in the browser and download the file.

Install and open

Install the APK (enable unknown sources if needed) and open the PlayTVi app.

Activate with the code

In the PlayTVi dashboard, add a screen: it generates a 6-digit code. Enter that code in the app under Activation Code, then tap Activate terminal. Done!

Download the installer

Run the installer

Open the .exe file and follow the setup wizard. The process takes less than 2 minutes.

Open PlayTVi

How do I get app updates?
Updates arrive automatically. The dashboard notifies you when a new version is available, and the update can be done remotely, without going to the location.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes! Both versions (Android and Windows) have an offline mode with local cache. If the internet goes down, your screen keeps playing the scheduled content normally. When it reconnects, any updates are synced automatically.
